LONESTAR TROPICALS & IMORTS- Installment Plan information, 2009 We offer two types of Installment Plans. Our hope is that one of our installment plans is right for you. Both plans allow you the opportunity to have our flowerhorns without having to worry about paying your order total upfront. Please view all of the below information, if you desire an Installment Plan, please print off this page (3 pages in total). Fill in all information then mail to:

Terms of Agreement
Payments: Your first payment must be paid prior to your order shipping out. Each month thereafter, your card will be charged the 15th for that months balance, and so forth every month until your balance is paid in full.

Delinquent or Bounced Payments: For every bounced or delinquent payment, a $10.00 fee will be added for that months delinquent or bounced payment. If you know you will be late in making your payment because you won't have enough money in your account to cover your payment, talk to us. Let us know as much time before as you can, we will happily work with you. If you will be more than 5 days late in making your payment from the due date, we will apply this fee. You only get a 5 day grace period when you have let us know you will be late in making your payment.

Pay off Installment Plan early: To pay your balance off early, all remaining months’ payments are to be paid in full.

Ownership Status: Lonestar Tropicals & Imports reserves ownership rights over all fish and products until your balance has been paid in full or mutually resolved.

Liability: Should you fail to make your payments on time and or fail to communicate with us regarding your delinquent payment(s), Lonestar Tropicals & Imports will take you to small claims court. If a judgement is issued in our favor, your credit will be damaged. You will eventually have to pay your balance, along with, applicable interest and court costs. You will also no longer be allowed to do business with us.

DOA: Dead on Arrival, (DOA). Any fish that is DOA must be photographed, then emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours of arrival, so credits may be applied to your last months payment. Any flowerhorn that may die or become afflicted with disease after the first day of arrival, Lonestar Tropicals & Imports will not be held liable for such losses. You are therefore liable for making your payments on time and in full.

I can afford this: We simply ask that you be of honest nature, and not purchase more than you can afford. As a small hobby business, we cannot afford the luxury of lending out our money (flowerhorn) in honesty, then not be paid back.

Mail In: We must receive your installment plan paper work, (these 3 pages), prior to running your 1st payment and shipping your order. Not mailing in you're completely filled in printed copy of this page within 5 business days of placing your order, will result in termination of your installment plan. Further more, if you send in your paper work and it's not completely filled in, your installment plan will be terminated.

3 or 6 month Installment Plan
You have the option of paying over a 3 or 6 month period. The installment plan fee breaks down to $5.00 a month fee. We charge a 1% monthly interest rate on the cost of your order minus shipping and installment plan fee. For Example, you'll pay $15.00 in fees over a 3 month Installment plan period plus a monthly 1% interest rate on your order. Say you bought $300.00 in fish, at a monthly interest rate of 1%, you'll pay $3.00 a month in interest. Shipping costs are paid in full in your first payment, the payment prior to shipping. Please be in touch with us to place your order and to let us know your desired plan. We will fill in all the information below and forward it to you for approval prior to you sending in your paper work. You may view how your payments will break down by what's below.
